Want to run faster, react quicker, reach farther and jump higher? Then eat better! Many of us athletes take for granted the amount of chemicals contained in the food choices we have to make. Every day, thousands of potentially harmful ingredients go in our mouths and then our bodies have to decide what to do with them. Some help, some hurt. Some build us up, some knock us down. In order to be our best selves, we need to keep our diets clean and powerful.
When it comes to food, make it simple; make it from the Earth; and make every calorie count towards a stronger, healthier you.
