I have to say that Tortarella has been very impressive this year. After seeing how he has managed the blue shirts from his interviews, from his match ups, and from the footage from the hit show 24/7, I am coming around to the guy. Over the last few years, he seemed like he lost his way from the stanley cup champion Tampa Bay Lightning in 2004 but he is back. I honestly do not think he is back because his team is winning, I think his team is winning because he is back. You have to give credit to the leadership of the team in Ryan Callahan, Gaborik, Richards and Girardi. It is this core group that will pull the Rangers bus deep into the playoffs.
